Let's start not with the technical passport, but with a simple question that every serious client asks when they hear the figure 'up to 50 years': what happens then?

The foundation is the only structural element of the building that cannot be replaced, modernized, or fully reworked during operation. Walls are rebuilt, facades are updated, roofs are replaced, and engineering systems are modernized every 10–30 years. But the waterproofing of the foundation slab, poured under hundreds of tons of concrete and permanently covered with backfill and neighboring construction, will never be accessed. It is done once — and for the entire life cycle of the structure, that is, 100 years or more.

Foundation waterproofing is not just a separating construction layer. It is the only physical barrier that protects the load-bearing reinforced concrete from the constant aggressive influence of the soil environment: sulfate and chloride corrosion of the reinforcement and leaching of the cement stone.

The real engineering calculation lies not in minimizing the cost per square meter at the tender stage, but in ensuring an unbreakable formula: cservice life of waterproofing ≥ service life of the building (100+ years)

The use of chemically inert polymer systems with complete mechanical adhesion to concrete guarantees the stability of physical and mechanical properties for over a century — regardless of the aggressiveness of groundwater. This solution removes risks from both the general contractor and the designer, as well as from the investor, protecting capital investments for the entire existence of the facility.
