Abrasive Blasting Cleaning

The work begins with concrete. Abrasive blasting units with vacuum recovery remove cement slurry and old coating, revealing the structure of the concrete — such a surface provides maximum adhesion for the membrane. Dust and abrasive are collected immediately, so the work is carried out neatly even in the city center.

APPLICATION OF THE MEMBRANE

Eliminator® — 2.8 kg/m² (spraying)

The key layer is the Eliminator® bridge waterproofing system based on methyl methacrylate. It is applied seamlessly by spraying, instantly polymerizes, and conforms to any geometry of the deck. To avoid interfering with traffic, a significant portion of the work was done at night — the crew in full protective gear applies a continuous layer without seams.

READY MEMBRANE

Continuous Waterproofing Carpet

The finished Eliminator® membrane is a continuous seamless covering across the entire width of the lane, brought to the curbs. This is the barrier that protects the concrete and reinforcement of the bridge from water and reagents. At this stage, the deck is fully prepared for asphalt laying.

COMPACTION

Finished Road Surface

Road rollers compact the fresh asphalt to a smooth dense surface. The project is nearing completion: under the new roadway — reliable seamless waterproofing designed for years of intensive traffic.

Готова мембрана Eliminator® — суцільне безшовне покриття по всій ширині смуги, заведене на бордюри. Це і є той бар'єр, що захищає бетон і арматуру мосту від води та реагентів. На цьому етапі полотно повністю підготовлене до укладання асфальту.

УКЛАДАННЯ АСФАЛЬТУ

Дорожнє покриття поверх гідроізоляції

По адгезійному шару асфальтоукладач кладе асфальтобетонне покриття. Гідроізоляція «ховається» під дорогу й далі працює непомітно — але саме вона визначає, скільки прослужить конструкція мосту.

УЩІЛЬНЕННЯ

Готове дорожнє полотно

Дорожні котки ущільнюють свіжий асфальт до рівного щільного покриття. Об'єкт виходить на фінішну пряму: під новою проїзною частиною — надійна безшовна гідроізоляція, розрахована на роки інтенсивного руху.
