METASET® ResiFilla is a high-performance polymer compound for filling and repairing, developed based on advanced ESSELAC® resin technology
METASET® ResiFilla compounds are designed for quality small non-structural repairs and smoothing of surface damages and cracks in substrates such as concrete and stone. While they demonstrate excellent strength, durability, and longevity, they are not intended for use as a 'structural' repair material, nor for significant leveling or deep profile restoration, for which other GCP Applied Technologies products are more suitable. METASET® ResiFilla Vertical is used for steeply sloped and vertical substrates. METASET® ResiFilla Horizontal is used for leveling, repairing, and smoothing damaged or deeply textured horizontal surfaces, for example, to create a good 'solid', but uneven concrete before applying a waterproofing membrane. It can also be used for aesthetic patching, filling, and connecting concrete beams or for overlaying concrete for localized protection against chemical exposure, impacts, and wear, etc.

METASET® ResiFilla is used for leveling, repairing, and smoothing damaged or deeply textured horizontal surfaces. For repairs of layers thicker than 10 mm, the material can be mixed with coarse aggregates.
For application on vertical or steeply sloped surfaces, METASET® ResiFilla Vertical is also available.
METASET® ResiFilla can be applied in a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects, especially where delays in work execution need to be avoided, including:
- Concrete roads and ramps;
- bridges and parking lots;
- access roads and sidewalks;
- loading areas and warehouses;
- floor repair and maintenance;
- cold storage and storage chambers;
- runways and airport platforms;
- raising and leveling manholes, as well as preparing the base for street landscaping elements.
Importantly, the METASET® ResiFilla system does not delay project execution, as it is a fast-curing compound for leveling, repairing, and smoothing surfaces made of concrete, stone, and asphalt, developed based on a unique ESSELAC® technology.
The system combines low-viscosity resin with specially selected fractionated inert fillers. It quickly achieves full compressive strength and is characterized by high resistance to thermal and mechanical shock loads, even at temperatures below 0 °C.
