Nitomortar® S is a three-component material supplied in pre-measured quantities, ready for mixing and application directly on site.
Objects such as warehouses, industrial workshops, ramps, logistics centers, etc., are prone to mechanical wear due to constant heavy traffic, such as the movement of heavy machinery. The Nitomortar® S material has high abrasion resistance and is twice as strong as high-quality concrete, making it an excellent choice for sites with constant movement. Additionally, the material is resistant to aggressive chemicals and salts, becomes waterproof after curing, and protects reinforcement from corrosion. Nitomortar® S is also a reliable solution in emergency situations, as it gains strength quickly, allowing for a rapid return to operation.

Emergency repair
The material is suitable for quick and permanent restoration of concrete structures, especially where high strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance are required. The product is intended for horizontal application but can also be applied to vertical surfaces, although typically in thinner layers. It is ideal for acid tanks, marine retaining walls, industrial floors, and can also be used as a bedding mortar. Nitomortar® S can be used for emergency repairs where rapid strength gain is important. With proper sealing, the mixture has high waterproofing.
In certain cases, Nitomortar® S can be used on metal substrates. For this matter, please consult your local Fosroc representative.
For quick repairs of vertical and ceiling surfaces where a lighter mix with a greater layer thickness is required, it is recommended to use Nitomortar® HB.
Specification
The repair mortar must meet the characteristics of Nitomortar® S — a three-component solvent-free epoxy repair material according to EN 1504-3, intended for application in layers up to 50 mm on horizontal surfaces. After full curing, the material must provide a compressive strength of at least 70 MPa. Mixing and application must be carried out according to the manufacturer's written instructions on a properly prepared and primed substrate.
