Intensive mechanical wear of industrial floors
Facilities such as warehouses, industrial workshops, and parking lots often experience floor damage due to mechanical wear. Heavy transport, forklifts, stackers, etc., are constantly moving in these facilities. All this creates colossal point pressure on the surface, especially in turning, braking, and acceleration zones. Additionally, dragging heavy loads across the floor causes constant abrasion of the top layer. Furthermore, in production workshops or warehouses, the floor often suffers from impact loads due to accidental falls of parts, tools, or metal structures, leading to chips and cracks. Strong epoxy systems, such as Nitoflor FC150, are used to prevent these damages. This coating takes on the main mechanical load and protects the concrete base.

Material Features
Nitoflor FC150 is a solvent-free epoxy resin system supplied in pre-measured kits, ready for mixing and use on site. The system consists of a base of Nitoflor FC150, a hardener, and a container with pigment. A slip-resistant surface can be achieved using one of the ranges of granular anti-slip fillers from Nitoflor Anti-slip Grain, which are carefully classified by fractions to ensure an even texture. For application over large areas, the system can be purchased as a two-component kit, where the color paste is pre-dispersed in the base component.
The product is suitable for production and assembly areas, workshops, dairy enterprises, the production and bottling of soft drinks, breweries, kitchens, exhibition halls, and indoor parking lots. It is particularly suitable for wet working areas and places where chemical spills may occur, such as in galvanizing shops, processing plants, and painting productions.
Compliance with standards
Nitoflor FC150 has been tested according to BS EN 13813:2002. Chemical resistance testing has been conducted according to EN 1504 standards (class I).
