Lokfix

Lokfix is a material supplied in pre-measured quantities, quickly hardening to provide stable anchor connections with high performance characteristics

Mechanical anchor VS Chemical anchor solution

The mechanical anchor exerts pressure that creates expansion and stress in the concrete body, which over time can lead to cracks. In contrast, the chemical anchor solution Lokfix works on the connection, as it penetrates the concrete's capillaries and becomes part of it, rather than an addition to the structure.

Two versions of Lokfix are available

Lokfix S: Low-viscosity anchor compound, gel formation time — 25 minutes at 20 °C. Used in vertical holes directed downwards, where the hole diameter exceeds the anchor rod diameter by 8–40 mm.

Lokfix P: Thixotropic anchor compound, gel formation time — 25 minutes at 20 °C. Used in horizontal and vertical holes directed upwards, where the hole diameter exceeds the anchor rod diameter by no more than 25 mm. The thixotropic properties of Lokfix P reduce the fluidity of the anchor solution and prevent it from leaking out of the hole.

Areas of application:

- installation of reinforcement releases (starter rods);

- anchoring of bolts for support plates;

- anchoring of MOT bolts;

- installation of balustrades;

- installation of barriers and safety fences;

- installation of tie (connecting) rods.
