Challenges of Below-Grade Waterproofing
Traditional underground membranes often suffer from leaks due to soil settlement and structural movement. The slightest puncture leads to water migration between the insulation layer and concrete, causing rebar corrosion and gradual deterioration of the entire foundation.

Integrated Membrane for Absolute and Continuous Protection
The uniqueness of PREPRUFE® membrane lies in the patented Advanced Bond Technology™. During hydration, liquid concrete chemically reacts with the elastomeric layer of the membrane, forming a strong, continuous, and uniform bond at the molecular level. This completely eliminates the possibility of leakage or water migration between the insulation and the building structure.
The material is based on a strong and elastic high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film. It provides exceptional resistance to mechanical damage during reinforcement work, withstands constant hydrostatic water pressure up to 70 meters, and creates a reliable barrier against radon and methane penetration into premises.
The material is installed directly on the prepared base (concrete preparation or formwork) before laying steel reinforcement. Thanks to self-adhesive longitudinal edges ZipLap™, rolls are easily and reliably connected to each other even in difficult weather conditions, ensuring quick installation and seam tightness without the use of open flame.
